BookAI has been officially recognized under Taiwan's 2025 SME Digital Transformation Program, organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Qualifying businesses can now access BookAI's enterprise AI knowledge system fully government-subsidized — at zero cost.


What Government Certification Actually Means

The SME Digital Transformation Program is run by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, designed to accelerate AI adoption and digital upgrading across Taiwan's business sector. Being listed as an approved tool means BookAI's product architecture, data security standards, and enterprise suitability have passed formal government review.

Passing the Review Wasn't Straightforward

From initial submission to final approval, the process took a full month.

There were multiple rounds of documentation and supplementary review. Taiwan's government applies strict standards to AI SaaS tools — covering system architecture, security risk assessment, and where data infrastructure is actually hosted. Proving compliance across each requirement, with evidence, took time.

We passed. But the process itself was the most rigorous real-world audit our infrastructure has gone through.
